Returns Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us and we will refund you with the amount you paid for that item less 20% re-stocking charge. However, this charge does not apply if the return is the fault of Handle World.
Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date and handles must be unused and in their original packaging.
When we have received the handles and checked them we will credit your card (if you paid by card).

- Returned handles should be posted back to us or sent back by carrier.

- We will need to know your order reference, the name or code of the items you are returning and the date you ordered.

Cancellation(s)
You may cancel the contract between us for the goods you order free of any penalty up to three working days. Once items have been ordered on your behalf from our manufacturer’s a restocking fee of 20% of the net amount is applicable.
